I've said before that on my deathbed I'll be thankful for 3 things: I touched the Rosetta Stone as a child; I saw Nureyev dance; and I was utterly blown by away by The Plasmatics live! (Sadly I never got to see the photos I took that night. My Presbyterian fundamentalist sister absconded with rolls of film and destroyed them. Yet the memory will live inside me forever.) Wendy was a role model in so many ways. I adored her and still think of her every day. Listening to her continues to inspire, energize, and fuel my resolve to be a fiercely free woman. Her impression is that indelible. Hope you are well Jean. Love you!
